Castrol – Molub-Alloy Paste TA 100 Grams

This paste is recommended for Centre Lock Wheels, remove the old paste and then apply the new paste!

Castrol Molub-Alloy Paste TA (previously known as Castrol Optimol Paste TA) is a paste for screw connections up to +1100°C. It is used as an assembly paste and prevents sticking, welding, and limescale deposits. Molub-Alloy Paste TA ensures good separation and sealing at high temperatures.

Molub-Alloy Paste TA is used as an assembly aid for components at risk of corrosion, exposed to high temperatures, and the environment, such as screws, bushings, valves, flange and pipe fittings, positive-fit components, seals, glands, and gaskets, as well as metal couplings made of light metal and steel. Molub-Alloy Paste TA is used as a base and thin-film lubricant for sliding surfaces subject to high thermal loads.

Instructions for use

Apply only to clean surfaces. Avoid mixing with other greases, oils, and pastes. Apply the paste evenly and thinly with a brush or lint-free cloth and massage into the surface to create a long-lasting, ideal protective layer. Use the paste only for applications intended for paste lubrication. Molub-Alloy Paste TA is also available as a spray. Shake cans well before use. Spray evenly and thinly from a distance of approximately 15 cm to 20 cm from the lubrication point, on screws, up to the root of the thread. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +1100°C
